BOOKING POLICY

Booking Policy

At Bramhope Beauty Clinic, we strive to provide the best possible service for all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and availability for everyone, please take note of the following booking policies:

  • Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange appointments. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for the booked appointment.

  • No Shows: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

  • Payment Policy: Payments will be taken from the card on file. If the payment cannot be processed or if we do not have a card on file, the outstanding balance will need to be settled before any future appointments can be booked.

  • Late Arrivals: Please allow sufficient time to arrive for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will adapt the appointment as best as possible depending on the treatment and the time remaining. In some cases, we may need to cancel the appointment due to insufficient time, and the full cost of the appointment will still apply.

  • Product Removal Policy: Please note that we do not remove or infill products applied by other salons. If you arrive with product from another salon on your nails, we will be unable to remove it, and the full cost of the appointment will still be charged.
